Freistil helps small and mid-sized companies identify, prioritize, and scope useful AI applications.
Many companies already have hands-on experience with AI. We organize that experience and determine which application comes first.
Individuals and teams already use AI in their work. A shared practice brings tools, know-how, and guardrails together.
We rank potential applications by impact and effort. Data access, feasibility, security, and team readiness determine what comes first.
Tasks in marketing, analytics, sales, and internal operations provide practical starting points for custom tools and AI support.
Depending on the goal, we work on skills, internal software, or AI inside the workflow itself.
We show knowledge workers and development teams how to use existing AI tools in daily work. This includes research, writing, analysis, coding, reviews, and tests.
We use AI-assisted development to build lean internal software around your workflows. AI speeds up development; the result is software shaped around the work itself.
We place AI directly inside existing workflows through assessments, guides, advisors, or agents. It can support decisions or handle a clearly bounded part of the work.
After a mutual decision to begin, three steps keep every engagement manageable.
In a free introductory meeting, we discuss your goals, promising starting points, and the right next step.
Once we start, we look at how you use AI today, which workflows matter, and which constraints apply.
We rank friction points and opportunities by effort and impact. We assess the most promising applications against established criteria: data availability, technical feasibility, security, and the team's readiness to adopt.
Together, we agree on the outcome we want to achieve first and how we will recognize success. This gives us a manageable first step with a clear timeframe. We plan further requirements for the next stage.
